Shipment of the Merchandise

As a general rule, orders are shipped by our transport company within 24 hours of receipt of payment, provided that payment has been made before 14:00 on a working day, and since then the transport company as a general rule, will deliver the material within a maximum period of 48 hours if there are no incidents in the process of preparation or logistics. Ibérica de Iluminación is not responsible for errors of the transport agency, trying to execute the order as quickly as possible. Occasionally, it is possible that the preparation process may be delayed by an additional 24 hours if the sales are for amounts greater than 500 € taxable base or in the order there are more than 10 different references. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count within the indicated period.

To ensure you a better attention and a better service from the transport agency we work with, all shipments will be insured. The amount of the insurance is 1% of the taxable base of your order (visible in the purchase process of our website), which is calculated automatically and without option to deactivate.

In case you do not agree with these conditions, you have the possibility to send to your transport agency by selecting the option “Pick up in Store” and indicating it in the order remarks. Example: “Will pass the transport agency XXXX to pick up”.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Handling fees have a fixed price, while transport fees may vary according to the weight and total volume of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually.

Note: The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

In case of any incident in the reception of the goods, you must immediately inform the carrier on the delivery note and then send an email informing us of the incident.

1. Return of unwanted products:

You have 15 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, receive the product to return the items in case they are not to your liking.

You may return unwanted items provided they are in perfect condition, unused or unopened/unsealed, in their original box and together with all original accessories and manuals or information. If these requirements are not met, the return will be refused.

Under no circumstances will a refund be made in any form of payment. The outstanding amount will remain accumulated for future purchases.

Transportation costs generated for this reason will be paid by the customer.

2. Return of products damaged in transport:

The packaging must arrive in perfect condition, without knocks, breakage or external damage. The seal must arrive in perfect condition, without breakage or signs of tampering. You must check the number of packages delivered by the carrier with those indicated on the delivery note. In case of detecting any incident, you must immediately inform the carrier and leave a record in the delivery note, as well as send an email to the address indicated in “Contact”. Neither the transport company nor the store can initiate any type of claim action without this document.

In that email you must indicate in the subject line the order number and tracking number; and in the message a brief explanation of what happened, attaching photos that prove the poor condition of the box and the goods.

After the checks have been carried out, we will inform the transport company and start the claim process.

In case of partial deliveries, you should leave a record in the delivery note and contact our store through the indicated emails and we will automatically send you the missing merchandise.

The merchandise is fully insured, which means that in case of loss and/or breakage our store will replace the merchandise free of charge.

3. Return of broken or damaged items:

You have 15 calendar days from receipt, to return an item that has arrived broken or damaged, for this, you must request its return to the mail indicated in the “Contact” section will not be accepted any return of merchandise if it has not been previously authorized by our SAT department.

Tell us in the mail the exact problem and, if possible, take a picture of the product and send it to us in the same mail, we will contact you within a maximum period of 48 working hours, with instructions for return.

The product/s defective or broken, must be in its original box, along with all the original information manual accessories, otherwise our store reserves the right not to accept a return and / or deduct the amount corresponding to the fault.

As soon as we have the returned merchandise in our warehouse, it will be checked and once the deficiencies have been corrected, it will be sent back to you at no cost on your part in the shortest possible time.

4. General conditions for a return:

In all cases, these are the general conditions of obligatory compliance:

All returns must be authorized by our SAT, (except those that fall under section 2 above). Returns that have not been authorized by our SAT will not be accepted.

They must include the purchase invoice.

All merchandise must be sent in its original packaging, with all accessories included, as well as manuals and documentation, all in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these requirements.

The return postage will be paid by the customer. We will not accept returns freight collect.

The credit of the merchandise, if applicable, will be used by the customer for future purchases, or, if desired, will be sent another item of the same amount. Cash or any other form of payment will never be refunded.

The merchandise must be properly packed by you, we cannot be responsible for a returned merchandise if it is not properly packed and sealed.

The maximum period for a return is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by the customer.

The response time by our SAT will be approximately 48 working hours from the receipt of the mail.

No action will be taken by our store, until we have in our possession the returned merchandise and such merchandise has been reviewed by our technical service.
