General terms and conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain and any other European country by our store, to individuals, legal entities and public bodies.

Any order placed on our website necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale of our store in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public policy provisions to the contrary.

Prices

The prices published on our website are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All retail prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale. The prices shown for professionals with special rates will be exclusive of VAT.

Offers on products for sale on our website will be displayed in the Offers section or indicated on the product sheet and, if not otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

Shipping Methods

1. Purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

2. By default, orders will be saved in your account on our website, in the Order History section.

3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders due to transport reasons.

4. However, its delay shall not imply either cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever.

5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.

Return of goods

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased in our store within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was purchased, including the original packaging. We will not exchange or credit any product manipulated by the customer, misuse, breakage, etc. in this case will lose all warranty.

If the product is in good condition, but the box, plastic or packaging in which it is included is in poor condition, the return will not be accepted.

Both the collection of the product and its corresponding return will be managed by our store through our courier service. Depending on the type of return, the shipping or collection costs will be paid by the customer.

Order cancellation

To cancel an order you must send an email to the address indicated in the “Contact” section indicating the order number. If the cancellation of the order arrives before the shipment of the goods, the customer will not be charged. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs as well as the cost of returning the order.

If the order has been paid for, a credit invoice will be generated, the amount of which will be offset against the customer's future purchases.

Warranty policy

The guarantees that our store offers to the purchaser of its products are set forth herein:

If at the time of receipt of the goods by the carrier you notice any missing goods or damage to the packaging, you must indicate this on the delivery note that the carrier will give you and inform our store immediately and in writing to the Customer Service after-sales service, at the email indicated. The loss or deterioration of the merchandise during transport will not be the responsibility of the store, but of the transport agency itself. This incident will be covered by the transport insurance.

Any claim related to transportation and after 72 hours of receipt will be rejected.

The warranty period begins on the date of invoice and/or delivery note. This warranty period is based on years. This warranty does not cover labor costs incurred in assembling and disassembling the products.

Subject to the stipulations set forth in the Warranty Conditions and established hereunder, the Purchaser receives the warranty for a period of 2 years, except for all products with plastic heat sink, to which a warranty of 1 year shall apply, will always be applicable from the date of purchase detailed in the sales invoice and / or delivery note and only covers the cost of repair or replacement of the product, excluding all costs of transport, under the rules of law 23/2003 of 10 July, guarantees in the sale of consumer goods, which provides the consumer with different options.

The store is not responsible for damage caused by unprofessional installation, products modified or manipulated by the Customer or any other person not authorized by the manufacturer, improper use, tampering and/or short circuits, apparent signs of improper treatment. The product to be repaired or replaced must always correspond to the one sent by the store and attached to the delivery note and/or invoice.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges or dips, abnormal use of the product, fire, water, electrical storms, accidental drops or improper use by individuals or companies not authorized by us. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or improper use of hours, or failures caused by improper installation or improper handling and storage. Failure due to wear and tear, misuse and negligence before or during use. The warranty does not cover claims for natural loss of brightness or degradation of brightness.

Likewise, we reserve the right to study each returned product by independent specialists, being the warranty exempted in case it is demonstrated by the competent authorities that the breakage has been caused by the customer or user, as well as the partial breakage of the product to force the use of the warranty for the return or refund of the product. The store is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property outside the product, loss of profit or loss of profit. It is important that returns to technical support are perfectly packed and protected, without stickers or labels on the original packaging of the products. In the event that the product arrives at our facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. For this you must use the original packaging and protections. If you do not have it, use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to be inserted loosely, and underneath, on top and around it, place enough protective material (bubble wrap or paper or foam balls, etc.) to prevent the equipment from moving inside the box. Do not forget to indicate on the shipping label the invoice number provided by the store. In case of replacement, the replaced product may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, but in any case an improved version or model, since LED products are subject to continuous improvement in their performance.

Special conditions:

The warranty period is based on a maximum operation of 4,380 hours/year at an ambient temperature of 25 ºC and with 10 mm of space around the body of the LED Products, depending on the power of the product.

This warranty only covers products applied in the uses for which they were intended or “normal use” defined as follows:

The operating conditions are in accordance with the information on the Products and their packaging.

The ambient temperature must never exceed the operating temperature range of -20 ºC to +30 ºC.

The relative humidity in the installation must never exceed 90% RH and must never exceed the IP rating of the Product if applicable.

The products must operate in an open luminaire (and in an enclosed luminaire for LED Tube), with a minimum of 10 mm clearance around the body of the Products.

The electrical installation in which the Product operates must not be subject to voltage fluctuations within a range exceeding 230 V +/- 10%.
